My enterprise, Salt Rock Wines, specializes in wine and vineyard consulting. My objective is to own my own land, produce quality wines and live a sustainable lifestyle. I appreciate the ocean as well as spending time with my wife and two sons. My greatest accomplishment is becoming a father, along with producing some excellent wines along the way. I hold a degree from Elsenburg College in Cellar Management with additional training in cellar technology. I have worked as a winemaker and associate winemaker at Haskell Vineyards, Groot Constantia, and Stellenbosch Vineyards. I cherish crafting elegant wines, and I am very passionate about viticulture.
