Hennie Loubser obtained his Cape Wine Masters Diploma in 2008, with a dissertation entitled “Chenin Blanc table wines in South Africa”.
Hennie obtained a Higher Certificate in Agriculture (with distinction) and a Diploma in Cellar Technology (with distinction) from Elsenburg.
He subsequently obtained an honours degree in accounting from the University of Johannesburg and is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA® charterholder. He passed the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) final qualifying exam with honours, finishing first in the country.
He maintains a deep interest in wine and visits the Cape Winelands as often as possible.
Hennie is based in Johannesburg where he serves as the chief executive officer of a financial services firm.
