Cape Wine Master, Catherine Dillon, (owner of Wanderer Wines) has been involved in tourism for the past 20 years. Committed to ensuring that SA wine is properly understood, appreciated and enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. Her love of people, wine and SA has ensured that wine tours offered are always insightful and seriously enjoyable! Catherine has lectured for the Cape Wine Academy for the past 15 years & tutors students for exams, up to and including Cape Wine Master level. On 3 & 4 March 2020, Catherine will be representing Sphere (who trade as Sphere Foods in SA and Australia) at the highly regarded Washington Winegrowers Convention and Tradeshow. The focus is on new and existing wine trade between Argentina and USA. She will also be addressing the auction, as presenting sponsor, on behalf of Sphere. From there she will move on to Livermore, California on the 11th of March 2020 to give a presentation on SA wines and planned wine tours coming to SA at the end of the year!
